Historic Preservation Planning

RGA provides historic preservation planning services to a variety of clients, including government entities, businesses, and not-for-profit groups, who have been tasked with responsibly caring for significant historic and cultural areas. These organizations seek to increase opportunities for public participation in history and culture while also protecting their community’s story. Our dynamic staff has a history of collaboration on all types of projects through partnerships with architects, planners, land use attorneys, and preservation professionals. Our projects include historic resource surveys, drafting local historic resource protection ordinances, preservation elements in comprehensive master plans, and preservation plans and historic structures reports for historic buildings, historic districts, landscapes, and cemeteries.
